Bill has carried out the turnaround and redevelopment of several major urban mixed-use projects, as well as acting as a senior consultant to several large build-to-suit institutional and financial stakeholders. Bill has also successfully led the creation and development of several startup real estate companies – companies that are still leaders in their respective industries today.
