Having joined the LWLP team in 2008 as a financial analyst, Charles Morin’s main focus is the financial evaluation of mixed-use real estate projects. He has been involved in development projects across North America including Saxony in Indiana, the Ni Village in Virginia, and two major mixed-use projects in Northern Ontario.
Charles was previously involved in a mergers and acquisitions consulting firm, where he managed the acquisition of a medical firm and participated in a financing round for a telecommunications engineering firm. Charles graduated with distinction from the John Molson School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics from Laval University. He is also a land surveyor and GIS specialist.
