Since 1982, Max has provided senior leadership and direction on projects involving over $38 billion of mixed-use assets, including: acquisition and divestiture; positioning and planning; envisioning and programming; financing and development; sales and leasing; and governance and operation.
Max’s leadership has resulted in the creation of over 100 large-scale projects including town developments and city redevelopments in nine countries. Max, in his former role as Global Vice President of Intrawest Corporation, was instrumental in creating the new model for planning and developing vibrant mixed-use villages and neighbourhood developments – a model still used around the world as an industry precedent.
