Richard has led the commercial mixed-use strategy, planning, and programming efforts for several large-scale projects, including many college towns and university districts throughout the United States. Prior to joining LiveWorkLearnPlay, Richard practised real estate and corporate law.
An avid world traveller and lifelong explorer, Richard has lived in some of Europe’s great urban environments, and is passionate about the way urban spaces and intelligent planning can positively shape the sociability of places and the quality of life they offer residents and visitors.
