The Place Montreal Trust was positioned as a major project in the Downtown Montreal revitalization plan and now attracts more than 15 million visitors each year.

THE PLACE

Opened in 1988 by Cadillac Fairview, Place Montreal Trust is a three-level shopping mall and office tower located in Downtown Montreal. It is the only shopping mall in Montreal with five major retailers under its roof, offering 322,000 square feet of shopping and amenities, as well as the 22-story Maison Astral office tower. It is also considered to be the “gateway” to Montreal’s Underground City.

OUR FOCUS

A current Principal of LiveWorkLearnPlay was engaged in 1987 as a major tenant consultant for the Place Montreal Trust project. The Principal was a senior member of the team responsible for the conceptualization of the development as representatives of the tenants and co-owner.
